We are a global community of over 7,000 Stanford parents and guardians. Membership is free of charge, and all parents, guardians and support persons of current and former Stanford students are invited to join. The club is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation run entirely by parent volunteers. Founded in 1924 to support Stanford and its students and to build community among members, the Parents’ Club has supported numerous Stanford programs and events and provided more than $1 million in scholarships for Stanford undergraduates. Offerings include an online Distinguished Speaker Series, Service to Stanford, Student Support, Social Gatherings, Online Communities, an On-Campus Delivery Service, and more.

in concordance with Article III of our Bylaws, which states: "The purposes of this corporation shall be as stated in its Articles of Incorporation and shall include (i) bringing together parents of Stanford University (“Stanford”) students, and others, in social and intellectual exchange and (ii) supporting Stanford and its students through volunteer activities and donations to the ...Club Scholarship Fund."

Our goals are to build community among Stanford parents/guardians, to support Stanford students and families through programs and scholarships, and to partner with Stanford at key family events.
We proudly share the following highlights of our impact: Student Support *The Parents' Club has provided more than $1 million in scholarships for Stanford undergraduates. Service To Stanford * In a typical year we recruit and organize 45+ parent volunteers for New Student Orientation, 125+ parent volunteers for Family Weekend, and 120+ parent volunteers for Admit Weekend. Our parent/guardian volunteers welcome families to campus, answer questions, and serve Stanford in various other capacities. *To learn more about our service to Stanford, click here
Parents/Guardians *Our informative emails reach over 7,000 parent/guardians around the world. *Hundreds of parents/guardians participate in our online Facebook and Slack communities to crowd-source information and connect with other parents/guardians.
