I am committed to supporting Stanford University and its students by my membership in the Parents’ Club of Stanford University from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. By signing this form, I give permission for my photo, taken at any Parents’ Club event, to be used by the University or the Parents’ Club on their websites and/or in promotional material and I realize that my contact information may be distributed to members solely so they can contact me regarding Club business. Further, I consent to have the Parents’ Club deliver by electronic transmission notices of annual and other meetings of members, proxy solicitations, elections and all other communications to me at the email address I have provided below. Please note that members who do not have an email address or who do not wish to receive notices electronically may elect to receive notices and other communications from the Parents’ Club in paper form. If, after signing below to indicate your consent to receive communications by email, you wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by sending a written notice to the Parents’ Club at the address below. In order to reduce the administrative burden and costs to the Parents’ Club, all members are encouraged to consent to receiving communications by email.     SLACK MEMBERSHIP

    Our Stanford Parents' Club (SPC) Slack has become a vital tool for collaboration and communication among Stanford parents and guardians as well as a way to have fun together and build community among Stanford families. The SPC Slack account has channels aligned to questions and relevant topic themes that interest families of Stanford students in all classes. We also plan and announce on Slack Zoom-based social events and discussions on various topics of interest.

    New to Slack? No problem. Our Slack team will help you get started.

    If you think you may already have an SPC Slack account, you don’t need to sign up again. Simply do the following:

    1.  From your browser, visit https://slack.com/signin
    2.  Enter your email address, then click Sign In with Email.  
    3.  Check your email for a confirmation code from Slack and enter it.
    What Happens Next?  Before sending you an invite to join SPC Slack, we need to verify that you are a parent/guardian.  We do all the verification in batches at least once a week.  After you have been verified, you will receive an email from Slack with a "Join Now" button. **** LOOK IN YOU SPAM FOLDER **** if you don't receive the email in couple of days.  If you need any help, send email to parentsclubslack@gmail.com.
